- 2L (8 cups) apple juice
- 2 x 7cm cinnamon sticks, lightly crushed
- 6 whole cloves
- 4 strips orange peel
- 4 strips lemon peel
- 2 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced Ice cubes, to serve
