A strong believer in helping the body to heal itself, and now witnessed by millions on TV; over the course of a few months, Erran took a 26 stone overweight teen on an emotional rollercoaster of diet and exercise dramatically reducing his weight.
Edward offers online courses and private food eating coaching service. This means I’ll never tell you to deprive yourself or ban certain foods from your life. Instead, my mission is to help you recognize diet culture for the life thief that it is and tune back into your body’s inner wisdom about how to truly nourish yourself—so that you can free up space in your life for bigger and better things.
In Ask Doctor Juice, I talk with inspiring people about their relationships with food, roads to body acceptance, and revolutionary ideas about what health really means. Along the way, I share my own journey from disordered eater to being a dietitian, and offer resources to help you free yourself from our culture’s toxic messages about food and body size.
